It is a corporate & trust service provider which offers a range of professional services including company registration, directorship services, company secretarial & domiciliation services, accounting & tax compliance services, management and administration of Global Business Licence companies and Collective Investment schemes/Investment Funds.

Rodny Kevin Allagapen
Kevin started his career at Deloitte Mauritius and has more than 26 years of experience in the global business sector in Mauritius. He is the Group CEO of ChiLin Global Holdings Ltd which comprise of ChiLin Global Fiduciary Services Ltd, licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and ChiLin Global Management Ltd, regulated as a Corporate Service Provider by the Registrar of Companies in Mauritius.
He was the Managing Director of one of the largest corporate service provider /management company Licensed by FSC in Mauritius.
He also acts as independent and non-executive director of numerous Companies, Family Office and Private Equity Funds, operating in diverse economic sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, mining, hotel & hotel management, infrastructure, commerce, logistics, shipping, Telecommunication, Fintech, Aviation and financial services and he is equally involved in investment and dis-investment decisions, in developing and implementing strategies, Corporate Governance and Compliance for those entities.
He is an independent non-executive director of Ethos Capital, a company listed on JSE in South Africa, and is the Chairman of the Audit and Risks Committee.
Expertise
His area of expertise spans from Private Wealth Management, Private Equity, Corporate & Fund Structuring, Management & Administration Services, Tax Compliance and structuring, Accounting, Governance, Regulatory and Risks & Compliance matters.
Qualifications
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg, South-Africa and an Executive MBA, with dissertation awarded with distinction on Strategic Management, from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom
Mervi Mulliah
Mervi brings over 18 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry to ChiLin Global Fiduciary Services Ltd. She has been extensively involved in the establishment and management of a wide range of structures, including companies, trusts, and foundations, with particular expertise in administration, accounting, and taxation matters. She also serves as a board member of several Global Business Companies and Domestic Companies.
Prior to joining ChiLin Global, Mervi held senior positions at reputable international financial services organizations, where she successfully managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including prominent corporations.

Her area of expertise spans from corporate structuring, formation and fund administration services, wealth management, tax planning, accounting, regulatory and compliance matters.
Qualifications
Mervi is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.
Shabnam Boodhun
Shabnam is a Director at ChiLin Global Fund Services Ltd. She has over 18 years of experience in the Global Business sector in Mauritius and having held senior roles/positions as Senior Manager at an International Corporate, Trust and Funds service provider. She also has extensive experience in the administration and compliance of global business entities and investment funds.

Her area of expertise spans from corporate structuring, formation and fund administration services, wealth management, tax planning, accounting, regulatory and compliance matters.
Qualifications
Shabnam holds a BA (Hons) Accounting from the University of Hertfordshire, UK and is a Fellow of the Association of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK.
